Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 4 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple projects, manage content management initiatives, direct process improvements, and lead behavior change programs.
