Job Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a student advocate to help ensure student success using holistic advising theory; Develop, maintain, and appropriately handle multiple complex tasks, including applicant and student databases; Manage the student advising for CBHHS current and prospective students with a particular focus on pre-admitted students until the transition to the appropriate academic program advisor; Ability to advise student organizational groups within CBHHS as appropriate; Assist with the development and maintenance of advising and retention programs; Assist with special events, recruitment efforts, and retention functions; Navigate and work in all student technology systems, including Workday; Track student scholarship, enrollment, and progression data; Manage all assigned projects; Performs other duties as assigned.
