Qualifications1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related HR support rolesFamiliarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or similar platformsStrong research skills and the ability to identify talent across multiple channelsExcellent written communication skills for outreach and candidate engagementAbility to manage multiple sourcing projects at onceDetail?oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast?paced environmentCuriosity and persistence in finding hard?to?reach talent.
