Required Skills and ExperienceA minimum of three years of experience in employee benefits, human resources, or a related field; In-depth working knowledge of health, welfare, retirement, wellness, leave, and accommodation programs and applicable regulations such as COBRA and HIPAA; Track record of guiding employees through benefits enrollment and life event processes, including but not limited to, explaining and monitoring documentation requirements and deadlines; Familiarity with benefits systems, data integrations, testing, imports, exports, and routine audits; Experience conducting reporting and analysis related to benefits administration, enrollment activity, and process performance; Ability to oversee COBRA administration and coordinate third-party administrators and carriers to ensure accurate and timely service delivery and issue resolution. QualificationsAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field required; SHRM, HRCI, or CEBS certification preferred; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, including the ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and large data sets for reporting, reconciliation, and audit support; Excellent attention to detail with superb proofreading skills; Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume and diverse workload, able to handle multiple tasks at one time with exceptional organizational skills; and.
