Sales Support Representative

Completion of high school education or equivalent; proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel; must possess excellent customer service skills and telecommunications experience; requires background in Patient Access with a general understanding of the role that Patient Access has on the hospital Revenue Cycle; Associate degree or equivalent combination of education/experience and medical terminology is preferred. Reviews quality of work and performs self-audits, assists with the management of several EMR work queues to support a smooth claims process.

Formed through the merger of Ironclad Environmental and Mersino Dewatering, the combined company operates a multi-branch network across Texas, Louisiana, California, the Upper Midwest, and other key industrial regions, delivering rental fleet, engineered water management, and liquid containment solutions to customers who depend on uptime, safety, and technical expertise. This role builds and maintains strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs, providing product and application expertise, and recommending solutions that align with those needs.

At Mersino, we work together with our customers to achieve the proper groundwater control services required for each project.

 <li>Is the only dewatering company with extensive experience in all methods of dewatering including deep well dewatering, wellpoint dewatering, trenched tile collection systems and sock dewatering as well as eductor well dewatering.</li>
 <li>Our nationwide equipment inventory includes a wide assortment of portable pumping equipment that allows us to provide the most cost effective and practical bypass pumping solutions available.</li>
 <li>Our one-pass trenching equipment allows us to install sock tile, trench collection systems, slurry cut-off walls and bio walls.</li>
 <li>Our power generation inventory ensures complete power system and backup power availability with generator rentals from 10 kW to 2000 kW, in addition to auxiliary power accessories.</li>
