p>Review, analyze, and evaluate the contents of operational documents such as program proposals, contracts, requests for proposals, annual plans, fiscal reports, annual expenditure reports, policies and procedures developed by various county, agency, facility, managed care organizations, and human service providers such as children and youth services, mental health services, intellectual disabilities services, developmental disabilities services, autism services, and substance abuse services; recommend actions (and direct as necessary) to counties, agencies, or facilities to assist in improving and upgrading the quality of services provided to program participants and in maintaining efficient operations, consistency, and compliance with stated goals, priorities, and resources. I have professional experience providing technical assistance AND consultation on administrative and professional matters to children and youth services, mental health services, intellectual disabilities services, developmental disabilities services, autism services, substance abuse services, and managed care organizations, as well as to program administrators, executive directors, direct service supervisors and workers, community advisory boards, work groups, program participants and families, and various advocacy groups which includes technical assistance concerning annual plans, fiscal appropriations and expenditures, licensing, fiscal and program initiatives/priorities, compliance violations and solutions, and overall program evaluation methods.
