Field-based sales experience (B2B, equipment, construction, forestry, or adjacent industries preferred) • Proven ability to prospect, build, and manage a sales territory • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive, accountability, and follow-through • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic business software (Word, Excel, etc.) • Ability to operate or learn heavy equipment • Clean driving record and willingness to travel as needed • Flexibility to meet customer schedules, including occasional extended hours. • Develop and grow a defined sales territory focused on forestry equipment sales and rentals • Actively prospect new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts • Visit customer sites, evaluate needs, and recommend equipment solutions that drive real results • Demonstrate equipment capabilities in real-world job site environments • Manage your pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools • Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences • Understand and clearly explain financing and purchasing options • Travel regularly throughout your assigned region to support customers.
