This role partners closely with employees, supervisors, and managers to promote a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and provide support for HR initiatives related to recruitment and hiring, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits/compensation administration, and enforcement of Shaw policies and procedures.
