Requirements for Human Resources Generalist:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment - HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR a plus - Experience with timekeeping/payroll processing required - Understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems .
