Qualified candidates also will have experience in assisting employers, TPAs, PBMs, HRA administrators, consultants, insurance companies, or other benefits service providers with matters related to health and welfare benefits plans, including HIPAA, Affordable Care Act, No Surprises Act, mental health parity, health savings accounts, wellness programs, and/or cafeteria plans. Qualified candidates must have significant interest and industry knowledge in ERISA health and welfare employee benefits and/or health insurance or third-party administrator regulatory compliance work, preferably with a focus on service providers in the health plan industry, including PBMs, TPAs, and HRA vendors.
