Key Responsibilities: Execute and lead a variety of sourcing events in support of category Provide analytical support to category leaders on RFx events and major initiatives Support category management activities (expiring contract review, pipeline development, opportunity assessment, etc.) Provide project management and communication support to category leaders (project tracking, meeting minutes, etc.) Compile scope of work and requirements, analyze and evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate final commercial terms Develop and confidently present analysis - both quantitative and qualitative - to Procurement and Business leadership to obtain approval to award business Effectively communicate and demonstrate Strategic Sourcing's value proposition to internal business partners/stakeholders This is a hybrid role that will require the selected candidate to be in-office at the corporate headquarters in Woonsocket, RI 2x per week. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of professional experience related to Sourcing & Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Analytics, or Management Consulting Preferred Qualifications Possess a strong business acumen and high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to confidently and expertly interact with internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical ability, strategic thinker, learn and process new information quickly Ability to quickly capture, analyze, and summarize large data sets Strong organization and project management skills Shown ability to handle multiple tasks without direct supervision, while paying strong attention to detail and follow-up Intellectually curious, eager to gain new experiences, qualifications, and responsibilities Education Bachelor's degree required.
