Fleet Administrator IES Holdings IncFleet AdministratorFLCoordinate new vehicle procurement, transfers, and disposals • Maintain accurate fleet records in the IES System of Record • Track vehicle inspections, mileage, fuel usage, GPS, and toll activity • Manage registrations and titles • Administer fuel cards and investigate fraud or discrepancies • Prepare fleet and fuel reports for management • Communicate with vendors and internal departments • Monitor fleet inbox and respond to inquiries • Support fleet projects and collaborate with the Fleet Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior fleet administration experience preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and fleet management systems Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
