Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour.
This role includes leading, supervising, and supporting a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure successful delivery of treatment and ongoing patient progress. Timely creation of reports, including progress reports, Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and assessments with support from the Assistant Director.

This position ensures the productivity of daily operations, working closely with management to determine recruiting/hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols to enforce among the crew.
