Say thank you to departing guests.FUN: Work passionately as a team to create a FUN experience both for everyone who works and plays here Specific Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Responsible for setting up bars</li><li>Responsible for handling all cash transactions.</li><li>Responsible for all opening and closing inventories of all stock.</li><li>Responsible to take orders from guests and servers and serving the orders accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.</li><li>Monitor supply levels and assess stocking needs.</li><li>Direct and observe bar back staff</li><li>Responsible to have knowledge of guests limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.</li><li>Ensure guests receive a favorable gaming experience.</li><li>Consistently maintain appearance standards, as established.</li><li>Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, liquors, wines, beers and ales; portray an “ask me” image with knowledge.</li><li>Knowledge of all bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws and regulations and gaming laws; knowledge of bar operations</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities) <ul><li>Ability to “upsell” and recommend products to guests.</li><li>Ability to perform, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.</li><li>Ability to speak, read, write and understand basic instructions in English.</li><li>Ability to make change from sales; reconcile and balance sales at the conclusion of the shift.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to entertain bar guests within socially-appropriate standards.</li><li>Able to effectively handle situations that may arise due to intoxication.</li><li>Ability to communicate with all departments and other team members</li></ul>   Educational Requirement<ul><li>Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
