ESSENTIAL DUTIES** 1. **Branch Management Support:** - Manage sales, branch functions, and business development to achieve growth, customer service excellence, and profitability - Enhance Bank image through proactive, customer-driven service exceeding expectations - Ensure customer retention and branch growth - Maintain proper staffing levels for customer service and sales objectives - Train personnel on product knowledge and sales techniques - Coach branch team on customer experience, sales goals, and leadership development - Actively participate in customer service; generate deposits and loans - Ensure operations comply with Bank policies (office balancing, vault cash control, etc.) - Maintain security, maintenance, safety, and cleanliness; supervise building/vault opening and closing - Conduct regular branch self-audits - Prepare outgoing wires; place account stops and holds - Review branch reports for accuracy; ensure timely submission - Establish Customer Information Files and open new accounts - Coordinate weekly branch meetings - Participate in community organizations and branch events 2.
