In addition to team leadership, the manager is accountable for maintaining policies and procedures, delivering a positive service experience to members, providing Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) club conditions, and providing leadership and direction within the club. Specifically overseeing, when you are the MOD, recovery, utility, and Perishable departments (Produce, Meat, Bakery, Deli, Dairy/Freezer) as well as overnight prep to ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and ready for morning open.
