Present vehicles, explain features, and conduct professional test drives
Follow the Walt Massey Road to the Sale process with every customer
Build value, overcome objections, and ask for the business
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in the CRM
Complete daily customer outreach through calls, texts, emails, and personalized videos
Follow up with sold and unsold customers to create repeat and referral opportunities
Ask for reviews and referrals after every delivery
Use social media to promote inventory, customer deliveries, and the Walt Massey brand
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews
Maintain a positive, professional appearance and attitude every day
