Partner with the Director, Operations Support on fleet-related compliance and GPS/telematics-based driver performance monitoring (Azuga) owning quarterly driver scoring, corrective action protocols, and alignment with performance bonuses, while the Director, Operations Support owns the underlying fleet systems and hardware.
