Will include the following tasks: Develop a Handover Oversight Plan to manage the process, staff, and contractor for Section Substantial Completion submittals Serve as a member of the Certification Committee Manage the contractor Section Substantial Completion submittal process Perform Due Diligence Checking on Section Substantial Completion submittals, including performing additional inspections, surveys, and/or testings Reviews the punch list items Reviews the Exceptions List Logging and tracking of all Handover and Section Submittal Completion submittals, including metric reports Audit D/B contractor Handover and Section Submittal Completion procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
7+ years of relevant experience Bachelors in Engineering, Industrial or other related fields, preferred Rail experience is preferred but not required IBM Rational DOORS experience preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
