Duties & Responsibilities: As a Case Management Assistant, your day-to-day will focus on administrative excellence, compliance tracking, and exceptional customer service:
- Frontline Support: Act as the first point of contact for the Case Management department, warmly fielding and routing questions or concerns from residents, families, and staff.
