The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with state and local cannabis regulations, driving sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Support all aspects of inventory management to ensure compliance with local, state, and company regulations, including but not limited to ensuring inventory movement is properly documented; conduct regular audits; support month/quarter/year-end inventory processes.
Monitor product levels on the sales floor, including coolers and freezers, rotating stock and keeping product levels full so that we have what our guests' desire and achieve the Company goal of 100% in-stock at all times. The Assistant Manager works with the Store Manager to perform various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, including measuring business trends and maximizing sales/profitability by developing staff and by controlling expenses, shortages and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. The employee performs all work according to the vision and values of Jiffy Trip Stores and Hammer Williams Company.
