The Assistant Department Produce Manager is responsible in supporting the direction and supervision by the Department Produce Manager in all functions and activities of Produce Department personnel to achieve the sales and profit goals established for the department; to ensure and support that the work shifts of all department personnel contribute to the financial best interests of the store. Physical abilities: Requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to; Regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach; perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand, and foot coordination; hear and respond to customer inquiries.
