The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel including hiring, training, sales, guest service and satisfaction, associate satisfaction, owner satisfaction, revenue management, and timely reporting.
Inspect guests’ rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and appearance and implement action plans regarding upgrading and/or maintaining the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel.
