Responsibilities: The Collections Assistant Manager coordinates daily operations and leads a team of collections associates responsible for effective collection of negative shares, delinquent loans, credit cards, and specialized processes including repossessions, motor vehicle sales, foreclosure, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, credit reporting and credit disputes. In addition to oversight, this role performs a variety of critical and complex collections tasks and specialized processes, demonstrates teamwork, promotes collaboration, prepares, and analyzes monthly statistics, conducts performance analysis for each team member to support optimal productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
