Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

As a Behavioral Health Director, you will work alongside correctional officers and other medical and mental health professionals to ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, supervise multidisciplinary clinical staff, and develop community partnerships to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Has a minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in behavioral health, including clinical and administrative leadership in a mental health care or acute care setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred.
