Additional clinical duties outside the usual radiology technologist responsibilities may include obtaining and recording vital signs, and conducting the following CLIA-waived tests: rapid strep and rapid influenza (once collected by RN or LVN), urinalysis (dip stick), and urine pregnancy. Provides direct care to patients within discipline Scope of Practice and performs functions in accordance with current accepted practice, licensure, certification, credentialing and or granted privileges.
