When required, assist in establishing and/or managing client relationships with customers from varying market sectors including local, state, and federal government agencies, private customers, contractor partnerships, architects, and engineers. Assist in planning and managing the project in all aspects of scope definition, objectives, schedule, and budget in coordination with the principal-in-charge, project manager, and department directors to ensure on-time, within scope, and within budget delivery.
