While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to bend, carry, climb ladders, climb stairs, hear, keyboard, lift between waist and shoulder, tolerate noise, tolerate hot and cold outside temperatures, reach, negotiate rough or uneven surfaces, see color, see far and near, sit, stand, talk, use his/her hands, drive a vehicle, walk, work alone and with others, and work overtime. Oversees multiple capital projects for construction of new facilities and the repair and renovation of existing facilities through the management and coordination of design professionals and contractors to ensure compliance with programmed budgets, schedules, plans, specifications, statutes, and regulations.
