p>The Eastern Oregon University Assistant Men's & Women's Wrestling Coach is expected to adhere to the NAIA Coaches Code and EOU's Athletic Department's guiding principles: (1) Support the physical, emotional, social, and mental development of student-athletes through a robust system of care and support that produces quality student-athlete experiences.
Additional responsibilities include supporting team operations, coordinating travel and administrative duties, promoting positive relationships with students, alumni, and the community, and helping foster a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects EOU's commitment to academic excellence, athletic competitiveness, leadership, and character development.
