Minimum 7 years of experience leading enterprise-wide technology and business initiatives or serving in a project management role required, including demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects, project plans, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, risks, issues, executive communications, and organizational dependencies across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, negotiation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills required, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and successfully deliver multiple technical and business initiatives in a fast-paced environment while effectively influencing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
