Owns cross-functional alignment, partnering with land, engineering design, construction, legal, tax, power, solutions engineering, procurement, underwriting, and sales to ensure all requirements are met for gating approvals, investment committee approvals, project design and construction packages and financial close. This role drives coordinated execution across land acquisition, due diligence, permitting, incentives, utilities, engineering, sales and construction enablement to ensure projects meet underwriting assumptions, achieve financial close, and are positioned for successful construction completion.
