p>The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, Communications, Education, Nonprofit Management, or a related field., five years of progressively responsible experience in grant writing, grants management, sponsored programs administration, institutional advancement, project management, or related areas and three years of experience demonstrating leadership, which may include supervision, project management, or leading cross-functional initiatives, with responsibility for influencing outcomes, supporting others, and driving results. • Lead the College’s strategic grants development efforts by identifying, pursuing, and securing external funding opportunities aligned with institutional priorities, workforce needs, and student success initiatives.
