The Benefits Director will serve as a subject matter expert to support the day-to-day administration of our Health and Welfare benefits programs (health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life, AD&D, Flexible Spending Plans, retirement) for all employees and responding to benefit-related inquiries and questions. The Company currently operates in seven Metropolitan Statistical Areas throughout the eastern United States and Texas: Philadelphia, New York, Atlanta, Baltimore, DC, Hartford, Jacksonville, West Palm Beach and Houston.
