Key job responsibilities As a key member of the Federal Financial Solutions Architecture team, ensure our customers" success in building, migrating, and securing infrastructure, software, and services on the AWS platform leveraging best practices and modern architectures In partnership with the sales and business development teams, formulate and execute a strategy to drive successful customer outcomes across the federal financial portfolio Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects with a focus on federal financial domain expertise, security best practices, and compliance frameworks Coach Solutions Architects in the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many technical engagements, including whiteboard sessions, small and large group presentations, and deep-dive workshops Provide best practices to customers and develop deep expertise in AWS technologies and how applications and services are constructed using the AWS platform in regulated federal environments Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS Solutions Architect community, including innovations across all major cloud service providers Create and motivate the development of whitepapers, data sheets, solutions, quickstarts, and other high-value customer-facing content tailored to federal financial use cases Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams, AWS compliance and security teams, and support Broadly engage with Amazon leadership to communicate and drive your vision, working across the organization to advance the federal financial mission About the Team.
