Master of Science (MS) or PhD in electrical engineering Significant experience simulating and/or estimating the effects of propagation, reflections, and scattering on an antenna under test (AUT) in an anechoic chamber Measurement of hardware for RCSS Significant experience specifying, building, and validating antenna, radome, and/or RCS ranges/chambers Proficiency with Python, MATLAB and/or other high level scientific programming languages Proficiency with high performance computing (HPC) environments and schedulers such as SLURM Proficiency with modeling & simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi and GRASP Experience designing and testing conformal antennas Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities from multiple sources Strong interpersonal skills working in a team environment with positive interaction Demonstrated ability to put forth and drive technical execution plans Knowledgeable of management processes, such as Earned Value Understanding of near-field-to-far-field processing algorithms Experience designing datalink, flight termination, telemetry, and/or GPS antenna systems Experience being a Cost Account Manager or Integrated Product Team Lead. Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or RCS ranges/chambers Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc. to define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate requirements for ranges and/or chambers, including relevant test equipment Work with chamber/range equipment and service suppliers Oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers.
