p>Position Responsibilities: • Perform studies to define pharmacodynamic biomarkers of response and disease progression, as a member of a discovery team and can investigate and articulate how these biomarkers may translate to the clinic • Thorough knowledge of experimental design, and a high level of technical laboratory skills (including cell culture of relevant cell lines and primary cells, immunoassays, such as ELISA/MSD, IHC, protein signaling, qPCR technology platforms) together with an ability to interpret results • Employs technical knowledge and theory to make experimental in-life modifications, when necessary • Lead studies to completion, including the hands-on analysis of samples internally or directing studies externally through management of CROs.
