Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): • Support senior engineers and management in coordinating projects for large enterprise customers • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, and support) to deliver hardware and software solutions that meet customer requirements • Help manage customer communications and follow up on technical issues or project updates • Assist in deploying and maintaining data center and server solutions using x86 and ARM architectures • To troubleshoot issues related to compute, storage, and networking environments • Participate in testing, documentation, and reporting for ongoing and new projects • Contribute to technical documentation such as setup guides, product notes, and knowledge base articles • Support training and pre-sales activities by preparing materials and learning product features • Work cross-department to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues • Ability to build and demonstrate proof-of-concept that meets or exceeds customer business needs • Ability to present the corporate brand, product messaging and solutions to customers • Visit on-site facilities and operations to enable solution integration and issue resolution • Some travel required (up to 25%) Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field • 2+ years of experience in systems, hardware, or application engineering (internship or academic project experience plus) • Basic understanding of x86 and ARM architectures, CPU/GPU platforms, and storage solutions.
