Propose and instigate continuous improvement projects aiming at Identifying opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality by analysing use of hardware, labour utilisation, space requirement and layout across operations in the plant.

Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD and/or REVIT software, Microsoft Office products, electrical engineering design and analysis software and other applicable DoD computer systems and software used by the Command.
