Bringing to the Table • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success filling difficult-to-source positions • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruiting methodologies • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship management skills • Experience within aerospace, transportation, logistics, Nursing or other highly regulated industries is preferred • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred • Familiarity working within FAA-regulated environments • Experience utilizing HRIS and applicant tracking systems and payroll such as ADP, iSolved etc.
