Identify information assurance requirements and proceduresĀ Ā Minimum QualificationsPerforming technical writing for organizations conducting developmental or operational evaluations; Reviewing, proofreading, and editing documentation (including plans, briefings, and evaluation products) to be transmitted to external agencies for basic writing principles such as grammar, punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and accepted English usage; Managing the document preparation, coordination, and archival process to include writing, editing, proofing, assuring policy compliance regarding format, coordination, and tracking status; Developing writing and/or editing policies, guidelines, and templates; and. Assist with applying scientific methods and techniques, evaluation planning, coordinating specifications related to computer software use cases and software demonstrations, operations research and systems analysis, program management expertise, and an understanding of multi-Service and Joint doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to address the JCER focus areas.
