p>You have the following technical skills and qualifications: ā¢ Bachelors degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required, Master's degree is a plus ā¢ Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level ā¢ Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Infor ā¢ Industry recognized professional certification required ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ā¢ Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports ā¢ Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications ā¢ Experience installing/configuring/implementing Infor Applications ā¢ Exposure or training on OneStream Cloud Applications ā¢ Knowledge of OneStream Cloud Applications ā¢ Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects ā¢ Strong leadership skills, able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents ā¢ Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives ā¢ Can travel as needed.
Your day-to-day may include:
ā¢ Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases ā¢ Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals ā¢ Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing ā¢ Help to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption ā¢ Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment ā¢ Provide post-production support ā¢ Participate in full life cycle implementations ā¢ Assist in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures ā¢ Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization) ā¢ Other duties as assigned.
