p>Key Responsibilities: • Lead analysis of payment performance and customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization across the payment lifecycle • Drive prioritization, planning, and execution of new payment-related functions and projects to support a positive customer experience and strong team performance • Own execution of all customer and partner payment release activities from a Billing & Credit (B&C) perspective, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness • Evaluate business opportunities and translate needs into actionable initiatives aligned with organizational and departmental goals • Influence cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leadership, through clear and effective communication to enable successful implementation of new processes and capabilities • Serve as the primary POC and SME for payment functions, analyzing end-to-end processes and implementing system and process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and optimize resource allocation.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments.
