Applicants are expected to have a portfolio of publi cations and teaching experience in the field of pastoral theology care and counseling and to have research interest s in one or more of the following areas spiritual social and political determinants of health communal care social justice and liberation pastoral theological perspectives on sexuality and gender.

Coordinate academic operations and course scheduling logistics, including schedule development support, room assignment coordination, enrollment monitoring, section/lab scheduling needs, teaching-support tracking, academic operations data, and Registrar-facing documentation in collaboration with department chairs and faculty. Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in academic operations, department/unit administration, natural sciences or lab-adjacent administrative support, procurement, budget tracking, course scheduling support, HR/student employment coordination, facilities/space coordination, project/process management, or comparable operational work.

Specialized knowledge or training: Understand the use and operation of different simulator technologies ranging from anatomic models and task trainers to screen-based simulations to full body patient simulators and virtual reality surgical simulators.
