Lead the development of automated test equipment systems for functional, environmental qualification, and manufacturing acceptance tests • Analyze test results to identify failure modes, lead root cause investigations, and drive improvements back into designs • Author, execute, and audit test plans, procedures, and reports • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful testing campaigns • Drive continuous improvement to test system infrastructure, processes, and practices. • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of full cycle electronics hardware test or development experience in a professional environment • Experience with programming/scripting languages (C, C++, Python) and ability to develop and maintain test software • Ability to methodically diagnose, document, and solve electronic hardware problems.
