This includes (but is not limited to) engineering, sizing, and specification of semiconductor process and utility distribution systems and components such as gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes and panels (VMBs and VMPs), valve panels at tools, automatic and manual changeovers, pressure control stations, regulators, mass flow controllers, control valves, filters and purifiers, vacuum distribution interfaces, pumps, heat exchangers, vaporizers, dryers, separators, knockout tanks, accumulators, surge bottles, pressure relief devices, purge and vent systems, abatement interfaces, distribution headers and manifolds, and tie-ins to vendor skids. Select and specify equipment and components such as gas cabinets, VMBs and VMPs, valve panels at tools, changeovers, pressure control stations, filters and purifiers, pump and chemical delivery skids, vent and purge components, abatement interfaces, relief devices, and associated instrumentation and controls.
