Organizes and facilitates ceremonies and agile practices such as sprint planning, daily standup, backlog refinement/grooming, sprint review, and sprint retrospective alongside the product owner, ensuring the team(s) adhere to the Agile values of courage, focus, commitment, respect and openness in delivering solutions. Requires visual acuity to read and interpret a variety of correspondence, procedures, reports and forms via paper and electronic documents, visual inspection involving small defects; small parts, and/or operation of machinery (including inspection); using measurement devices continuously.
