Under the direction of the Director, Procurement, Deputy Director, Procurement, and/or Deputy Contract Manager(s), contributes to the development and implementation of Authority-wide policies and procedures for all aspects of public procurement and contracting and oversees the procurement process for MWRA construction, professional services, and non-professional services contracts. Office machines as normally associated with a professional office environment, including the use of telephones, personal computers, typical office software, email, videoconference applications, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
