Preferred Qualifications: While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: Demonstrated ability to engage effectively, respectfully, and professionally with multiple constituents at all levels in an organization, including undergraduate students, graduate students, staff, faculty, alumni, parents, and guests. The role supports the Senior Director, staff, and students by managing daily office operations, coordinating student travel, executing financial/p-card reconciliations, and securely maintaining confidential student and employment records in compliance with university guidelines.
