Klarus Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a PRN (per diem) dedicated and professional Nurse Practitioner to join our team serving our patients currently enrolled in our palliative care services in the San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas doing face to face visits.
Primary functions are to assist in overseeing the clinical care and treatment of patients and families; to consult with the patients’ attending physician, in consultation with the hospice physician; provide clinical direction to the Interdisciplinary group to ensure quality care.
