Responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive, safe program and facilities; training students to safely and effectively operate equipment; ensuring the readiness of facilities for class activities; teaching classroom and laboratory classes; evaluation and reporting of students' progress and laboratory performance; assigning and assisting students on class projects; creating and delivering lecture demonstrations; ensuring smooth and safe operation of the teaching space; and adhere to course schedules. Basic computer knowledge is required.\n \nThis position is located on the Midlands Technical College Airport Campus.\n \nMinimum and Additional Requirements\n \nAssociate's degree or certificate in an industrial technology program, with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in an industrial maintenance operation; OR five (5) years of mechanical maintenance experience including responsibility for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and mentoring/training others.
